Free UK delivery over £75

Orders under £75 ship for a flat fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: 3 to 6 working days
• Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 3 working days

Orders placed before 15:00 on working days usually leave our warehouse the same day. In busy periods, such as sale weeks, delivery can take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive an email with a tracking link.

Duties and VAT

UK prices include VAT and import charges, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Wrong address or refused parcels

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or because it was not collected, we will only resend it once you have paid the new shipping cost.
